Slide the bushing on the tensioner unit of the Disc Detainer Tool from Sparrowslockpicks and improve the guidance of the tool in the Kryptonite Series 2 bike lock. On the pictures u can see the difference with or without the use from the bushing.
There are 2 different versions which differ in outer diameter. The Bushing is made from brass round bar.

I do this not for fun but this safe was not able to change the code so i have to look whats up. The solution was, that the first disc was hard after i put the change key in and turned him 90 degree. The other two discs where free in this moment. Okay, someone makes a mistake in assembling the safe because in this situation all discs must be free and turnable.
You see on the pictures the body with the leaver, the change key, the spindle with the dialer, the case, the rod, some washers and a snap ring (use a circlip pliers to remove) to hold the discs. Some other parts i explain here later.
The body with the relocker and the latch.
Now you can see the three discs with the gates and the aperture for the change key. Interesting is the mechanism for the code changing there. If u put in the change key in the aperture (the smaller hole in the middle), you turn him 90 degree and the inner ring is free. 90 degree more and it is hard and closed. Inside the disc is a gear wheel to hold, and outerside another more elliptical gear aginst and when the change key ist closed then the outer gear ring is pressed on the inner gear and is hard.
Also the first two discs have on the upper side a groove and below a tongue. Each time you turn the wheel for 360 degree the next wheel will turn with. After 4 rounds counterclockwise you turn all wheels and u can set the first number. 4 times because the drive cam counts with. 3 Times clockwise to the second number and 2 times counterclockwise to the third number. Open the lock with a turn clockwise.
U see the drive cam also with the hidden tongue on the lower side and with the contact points left and right for the leaver. Lots of contact point for a large amount of numbers are important for your notices to open the vault without knowing the code numbers.
